Our cold smoked Sockeye lox is some of the best we’ve ever had! This artisan style lox is smoked in small batches using a mix of fruit hardwoods, which gives it a truly distinctive, mild and delicate, melt-in-your-mouth taste. Pre-sliced, it’s perfect to enjoy on bagels or to serve as an impressive appetizer. I promise you will love this!

How it works :
Each summer my partner Steve and I head to Bristol Bay, Alaska to participate in the largest Sockeye salmon fishery in the world. After our salmon are picked out of the net they are placed directly, and with great care, into an icy slurry that quickly cools them. They are then delivered to a processing facility where they are filleted, de-boned, and flash frozen to preserve that "just-caught" freshness.
