Shipping policy

During check out you are required to choose a shipping date or choose a buying club with free pick up. 

Please refer to our shipping page for more details on our flat rate shipping costs.  Shipping is never really free so we have chosen to add it separately.  This allows for a greater savings with larger orders.

We ship on Tuesdays with delivery occurring Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  All orders are shipped in a cooler with dry ice to ensure your fish is frozen upon arrival.  Slight thawing may occur, but will not effect quality if refrozen.  If your fish is delayed and arrives completely thawed contact us immediately so we can make things right.  We can issue a refund or reship your order depending on the situation.  We guarantee your satisfaction!
